Last amended: July 2023
Scope of This Notice
This Privacy Statement ("Statement") applies to Audian, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Audian," "we," "us" or "our"). This Statement describes how we handle the personal information of our customers, potential customers, website visitors, and others who contact us. If you have any questions about our privacy practices, please contact us at 411@audian.com.
Our Commitment to Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to honoring your reasonable expectation that we keep any information about you confidential. We are required by federal law to maintain the privacy of certain information about you, and we want to be sure you know how we handle your information.
Audian collects, uses, and discloses information about you only in the ways described in this Statement, and we will take reasonable precautions to protect this information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
The Information We Collect
Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)
As a provider of telecommunications services, Audian collects information about the telecommunications services you purchase, how you use those services, and billing information related to those services. This information is known as "Customer Proprietary Network Information" or "CPNI." Federal law restricts how we may use CPNI.
CPNI includes information about the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of your telecommunications services, and information related to your bills for these services. For example, the numbers you call, when and how long you speak, and what calling plan you use is CPNI. Audian uses CPNI to provide and improve our services to you. We may share CPNI with our agents and contractors who help us to provide services to you, but only for that purpose.
We protect CPNI as required by federal law and the rules of the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC"). You have the right to restrict our use of your CPNI beyond what is required to provide your service. If you wish to restrict our use of your CPNI, please contact us at 411@audian.com or call us at 844.611.6110.

We treat such communications as private and confidential, and we do not monitor, disclose, or use the contents of such communications except as required or permitted by law, or as necessary to provide our services and protect the rights, property, and safety of Audian and others. For example, we may access the content of communications when we need to maintain our network, when you ask us to assist with a problem, or when we are required to do so by law.
